I initially contacted Brad to get his input on what to do with a Sweetgum tree in our backyard. He made the trip out to our house and gave us a thorough walkthrough of the best course of action. He also recommended some additional services (pruning dead branches), and did so in a professional, non-salesman-y way. Big fan of that. The price he quoted us was incredibly fair, so we booked the tree removal and pruning service. On the day-of, Brad and his team showed up and got right to work. Everyone was polite and professional, and the whole thing was wrapped up in a few hours. I can’t recommend Brad and the City Arborist team enough. I’d have absolutely no hesitation relying on them for tree service in the future.

They conducted a very thorough and informative assessment of the trees and provided a proposal to remove trees in danger of falling on the house, unhealthy tree removal and minimization of wind damage to the large cedars on the property.
